Warning message

@Fields Mountain Farm sent this screenshot to me. She is unable to post and keeps getting this warning message. She is using an android phone and chrome. She rebooted and cleared history, still happening. Any ideas?

Looks like your phone is somehow getting rerouted from this site to one of those scam ones.
Make sure she types the name of the site in properly, and tell her she should probably check her phone for viruses.

I got the same error message using Chrome on my Android this morning. Interestingly, I was not on BYC at the time, it happened while browsing the local newspaper's website. I just closed that window and opened a new one.

If you look at the top of the picture, you can see the site name is correct.

It looks like an issue related to an ad. If she goes to "details", she might be able to bypass the warning message.

Ask her to try Adblock browser. It deters this kind of activity.

I would start by closing all of those chrome windows, then clear cache.
