Looks like a Delaware.

Columbian Wyandotte. Not a Delaware, since Delawares have more of a barring on their necks instead of black striping. Could be a Columbian Rock, too. Could you post a close up photo showing the comb? Columbian Wyandottes have rose combs and Columbian Rocks have single combs.
