That does not appear consistent with owl damage. Owl action I have seen has fowl killed consistently before consumption begins. Looks more like raccoon sign.
I fear there has been a repeat last night against OP's flock if efforts not taken to keep raccoon out.
My suggestion is, if you have a game camera put it up because the predator will be back and then you will know for sure what you are dealing with. Good luck...

I would guess raccoon and he grabbed them through the run which is why they're not dead and no entry through net. Do you have raccoons in your area?
