Hard boiled eggs update; well I tried baking them. Even set the oven to 330. Results, threw them away. Not cooked through, just like my underboiled eggs.

Full size Australian Shepherds can be as big as German Shepherd Dogs. Friend of mine has some huge ones.

That is good hopefully his dad was the Aussie there cause he was huge. The momma dog was tall enough for me, and the one they pointed out as dad was tall enough. and this lil guy is growing FAST.
I don't know much at all about the australian shepherd. This guy is really mellow.

Here? We had them in So.Cal. but we haven't had a problem with them here I can't remember even seeing one here only feas. When we were in Oklahoma they were everywhere, DW's family all had Guinea hens to knock down the population but they would need a gazillion of those birds to make a dent!

Oh yeah. I get at least a couple off the dogs every year. I have a lot of woods around my house that the dogs run through. That's probably where they pick them up. I always check myself if I've been out in the woods or brush. So far it's only been the animals that get them. Usually the dogs. I think a horse had one once.

How do you under boil eggs? I start mine in cold water on the stove turn it to mid/high heat. It takes longer then other methods... Then when it gets to boiling i turn it off and leave it til the water cools enough that i can put my hand in it. I don't have time to sit there and stand over the stove, it's why i do it this way. I start it in cold water go vacuum, check on it go do laundry, check it again (usually turning it off at that point) then do dishes, sweep take out the trash...... And go back to the eggs when I remember that i was boiling eggs sometimes this is hours later and the water is completely cold.

Yesterday my neighbor called. They were out of town for 2 weeks. When they got home they found an extra rooster in their coop and wanted to know if I knew anything about it. Really??? Some one snuck and rooster into their coop while they were gone? Fortunately it doesn't look anything like any of mine! And also we are good friends and she believed me.

Anyone here want to claim a nice black rooster?

lol i was going to say how do you microwave eggs. I was sitting here trying to figure it out thinking maybe poke a hole in the shell or something LOL I didn't want to ask and look stupid LOL

Egg Cartons --

I did not order 2,200. Even with a few of you taking some off my hands I would have been left with over 1,500 ! That was just too many, so I went for 250. I'm happy to pass some on for .35 cents each - I want to keep at least 100.
