Does anyone know how much it costs to get into the poultry show in Monroe on Saturday?

From what I understand it is free. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

Yes, free to get in. Getting out is what costs. I'm already over $100 and I'm not even there yet.

Fantastic, that is just what I wanted to hear! Anyone want to carpool from the Seattle area? We can drive if someone can chip in for gas, or we can chip in for gas if someone wants to drive.

There is no charge to get in. There may be a parking fee I don't remember. It's getting out that costs money.

OK someone talk me through this again. I Eprinex'd all the girls today because I found mites near Lucy's vent (broody mama with 4 chicks ages 4.5-6wks). I was naughty and also put a single droplet of it on each chick

DUDE...who has time for a friggin chicken bath on 4 uncooperative chicks?! So...they weren't showing signs of mites but I figured if they LIVE under Lucy, they're bound to get them soon or already have hidden ones.

SO, I know I need to re-do the Eprinex; EXACTLY WHEN SHOULD THAT BE? I've heard 7-10 days. But which is best to thoroughly get rid of mites?

ALSO, when to do the coop cleanout? Now? Or the exact day they get Eprinex'd for the second time? Trying to figure out timing on that because I can't physically handle doing it twice in a week. Thanks so much for listening and helping!

I don't know how many days in between treatments, but clean out the coop after second treatment.

For weekend events like chicken show there is no parking fee.

While you are there go check out their covered garage sale they have every weekend.

There is one guy selling those 100 watt LED lights 12 to a pack for $4.00
They are only 60 watts in real energy and very nice bright light.
Don't buy the 60 watts that are around 35 actual watts use they aren't bright enough.

A lot of great old tools, other items you might be interested in.

For you Woman I saw the lady there who is selling Avon stuff her area expanded big time since last time I was there.

I think you'll really enjoy your time walking through there even if you don't buy anything you'll see items that make you say remember that?

They have 3 buildings full of items. It is located on the front side of highway opposite side of Monroe Farm & Feeds.

Hi Neighbors! I've been stalking this board since Christmas time trying to learn as much as I can. I just wanted to introduce myself and say thanks for the wisdom.
I've got 4, 2 Americaunas (Duck, Bach - named by my daughters - who in their right mind names a chicken Duck?), a BO (Lucy) and a Black Australorp (Ethel). They are all around 7-10 weeks, and none have eaten from my hand yet. I have had them about 2 weeks.
I am learning as I go and so appreciate all you offer.
Just thought I should check in instead of always lurking around.

I went to JoAnn's today to pick up some buttons for the back of Jeanine's new knit dress. Found some really great ones and snagged a few more things to buy. Came home...opened bag...NO dress buttons. Is anyone else having such a rough time with DST?! Rolling out of bed with any vigor is absolutely impossible. In fact I could really use a few extra hours right now.
