Hi guys, jumping in here. NOT READING 500 posts.

Life is good, chicks are fun, family is well and multiplying, weather was awesome here today. Hope everyone had a great day. Watching The Voice. Man I wish I could sing. Voice like a frog.

That was the first thing my husband said when he got home... He is in the army and was at the reserve center today when it happened... He text me from there and asked if I had seen the news with in moments of it happening.... sad day...

Back on the right track..I have a ga-zillion babies hatching right now////
So I go back & forth from planting in the garden, to watching & helping babies, to mowing lawns.............I am so tired !!!!!!!!

OOO I love the splash... I am hoping the two splash we hatched out are girls... too cute.

My GSL, Amber, lays everyday and takes one day off every 7-9 days. She is my smallest bird at 4.5lbs and lays a medium/large dark brown egg.She is super inquisitive and friendly. I will definitely get more of them in the future.

 

. My RSL is named Ginger, and I named a beer after her~ an amber ale. The label says: "Ginger's amber ale: because she *could* have been named Amber, but she wasn't, so we named our amber ale after her."

She lays a L/XL dark brown egg every day and misses a day every once in a while. She's the best layer I have . I adore her.
