Good to know that I didn't violate the Most Important Law of Incubators. Question: when I move the chicks into the next stage brooder (tonight or early tomorrow) would it be OK to sort the Hamburgs and d'Anvers into separate groups then? I'm going to want them to be separated for basic managment reasons but the difference in size sort of scares me, to be truthful.Glad there is no water in that bowl !!!!!!!!!!!! And 2 days ago I dropped an egg right outta the lockdown bator, (It was looking up at me with 1 eye that was peeking out...).... it had pipped & could not get out, well, after I picked it up & stuck the fractured egg back in the bator, it hatched out just fine !!!!!!!!!!!!!!![]()
