Baking, duck eggs are for baking. So many of my baker friends swear by them. I don't know what makes the difference but they say it makes a noticeable difference especially in breads and cakes.
Duck eggs are fluffier then chicken eggs. So it makes lighter breads and cakes. I made zucchini bread with them and then went to a family potluck and everyone loved it and wanted to know how i got the bread to be light and fluffy instead of being a "heavy bread".
