I opened the little door to the coop and after several minutes, one hen finally ventured out... Stood there on the ramp for a few seconds, then turned and went back inside the coop! Lol. It's pretty stormy here... Love me a good storm! Now it just needs to snow this winter!

I'm not far from there..by eloika lake. .I live close to my dad.. he's has 3 tractors and a backhoe. . So I'm lucky.. I just plowed the garden. With a 3 bottom plow

actually it gets worse & then gets better & colder all winter...............this was just a slap in the face of what is to come, to remind us that YES WINTER IS COMING !!!!!!!!
Best time is about March...but if you have brass you-know-whats.................and, of course a generator................
