I won't have silkie chicks until after the first.

Everything seems to be going well with the eggs
I do not know if you saw I forgot to plug my turner in on the
new years hatch boy do I feel stupid but the eggs all still have movement

Oopsy.

Hopefully no problems with how long is still left.

I didnt realize until day 10 that one of the eggs had the aircell on the side. Can only hope it hatches fine.


There are still 17 growing eggs in there and I'm back down to one broody so I don't mind parting with some chicks.

They make wide bandages that might work for you. I've had to use them to cover spots under the bra with ointment when I've had bad yeast outbreaks. (Bad Kim. Too much starch and sugar).
 
Does anyone know where I can get a few day old chick(s) ASAP? I had a silkie sitting on eggs and only 1 hatched and the other eggs got cold. I am looking for a companion for the 1 that hatched.


Oh yeah. Try giving it a feather duster to snuggle under for now.

If you can hold out until my hatch, a week difference in chick ages doesn't matter much. These would be partridge silkies. I'm keeping any of the white ones that hatch.
