Those blue and green eggs were very pretty. I had a green egg today, then I put it in my pocket, then I messed around out there and broke it! Nothing like a GUI egg all over your pocket.

Think we have all been there at one time or another I am getting mostly blue and green eggs now but for my auction girls giving I get 2 brown 1 chocolate and one of my hatches does a pink

My injured hen is doing much better. I decided to name her ashes, and the other two are named cinders and lava.

Oh heck, I hit send too early. It has been quite a chore to get her integrated but she is now in with five others. Sleeping in the coop at night up on the roost. Two troublemakers are now in time out. I let one of the troublemakers out today and she has definitely had an attitude adjustment.
Ashes was able to jump about 2 feet up onto a wooden box in the pen. And she now runs away if people pick on her rather than just sitting there. She still walks a little funny, she might always who knows, but it is getting better. And today she laid an egg in the nest box!
