Frying up one of my 8.5 pound Cornish x from last year. Put the back, neck and deboned the breast put those bones in the stew pot just barley got all the rest in one of the big electric fry pans. She was a big girl and they are so good.
I was directed to this thread from another one where I was asking about a pullet I have. She was sold at Skagit Farmer’s as an Ameracauna, and from research I think she could be a silver, but I’ve been told she looks more like an EE. What are everyone’s thoughts?
