Aussie a herding dog we have a 17 year old gsd and 1/1/2 yr old pyrenees mix maybe with golden call her the crazy white dog ... how old is you pup ? your not in Oly proper are you

Urgh. Been sick, busy, and now tired.

Just got the riding mower back from getting fixed. 5 hours and about a third of the mowing is done. Takes several passes to fully take down 3-4 foot grass smoothly. It only takes maybe 4 hours to do the whole thing if it's not overgrown since it's only about 2 acres I mow.

His name is Dodger. He is 10 going on 11. These are his first chickens ever. He is a mother hen. He love the baby chicks too. He likes to lay and watch them. And will whine until I take one out so he can give it a little lick with just the tip of his tongue. He nurses kittens well tries to. He thinks he is a girl .Haha

Wow 17 yr old gsd. Very well taken care of fur baby. Great Pyrenees are awesome dogs.

Anyone in South East Washington interested in a free Barred Rock Rooster? We cannot keep him where we are. We got one by accident when we got our hens this spring. At this time he is 5 weeks old. Or does anyone know of a place where we can take him and drop him off?

Hi! I'm from Yacolt, Wa. I live back in the burn. I've lived up here for 14 years and just love it here.
I acquired these chickens in January of this year. I hear that some of them were interbred and the chicks in the cat carrier were supposed purebred black silkies. The other flock of adult silkies were a cross with something else. There were 14 roosters in the flock. I took 5 of them out and a hen too.
I wanted to see the process of a hen, hatching an egg and raising a chick, so Bok Bwok the hen is now raising a chick. The other 1 didn't survive because it couldn't get out of it's shell.
I also have 2 other broody hens who are sitting on some eggs. I think those are going to hatch after Friday of this week.
The picture enclosed is the coop my husband made. Bok Bwok is the hen, if you can see her with her chick. I use the coop as a nursury in the day and let the rest of the chickens in at dusk to eat drink and roost.
