Washingtonians Come Together! Washington Peeps

They are heavy, expensive and hard to haul unless you have the right truck/trailer, but yes they go up fast & easy !
I wish the holes in them were smaller, like racoon/possum proof.

We U them on their side in the back of my pickup. They will actually just hold themselves in but we always strap to secure loads. 15 of the things was nothing in my 6.5 foot bed. Just had to have the tailgate down.

Best roof over the 10x20 runs I've had. I just zip tie them to the dog kennel panels where I want with 120 lb test ties. Not even all the snow made them slump any and most slid down the taut tarps. No tarp damage from the winds either since all the wire spreads out the tension. I should get 3 years out of those tarps before the sun makes them too brittle. I did add grommets to the tarps for more even tie down.

we kinda did putzing around the house hope you enjoyed Westport I like out there also
my dark Silky is raising two marans I hatched lost the two weaker ones
That’s terrible what do you think happened? Do you think it’s because they were young girls they are 9 months old. You can have more anytime just getting them to you is the hard part. My sister will be going by again in a couple of weeks if you want to try again. I feel bad and no you are not paying for them if you want some more.

Maybe like 6 or 8 of them lost the other so have the lone chick now but my Silky Mud has gone broody again let her have them

did homemade pizza getting quite good at it basil pesto not tomato sauce this time
Canadian bacon and sausage

I Love Pesto !
We have it all the time with ravioli too. I grow it in the hot frame year round as the hot frame is heated from the bottom with pipe wrap, so it stays up to 80 degrees in there, even in snow.
Green house is all wrapped in new skin !
Looks great.
I will have to get new planter beds in there next year...these big wooden boxes I have are failing...rotting, darn it.
They worked so good !
Then the MJ growers bought out the company that gave these boxes away, and they moved to Pasco.......no more free wooden boxes.

I actually have quite a bit of sq ft of the 12 mil green house plastic left over, I ordered extra, so maybe doing a hoop frame/greenhouse with the cattle panels, for a green house .
