Yes intending to hope the cockerel boy will grow to be as good as my rooster is now I could not wish for one as great with his girls never a bare back tells me who is laying but does not mate in front of me I am the big Rooster here

So I'd ordered my tuna. It's been a bad season since July so we're lucky to have been even able to buy some.

Picked it up yesterday and have some on the smoker now. It has to chill and firm up after the smoking so I'll start canning tomorrow.

Probably get the blood vein canned up tonight. That's for the dogs.

Need to chop of jalapenos to put in the jars with some of the tuna. That is awesomely good.

Oh and the small belly area that you have to leave the skin on because it's so soft and fatty, THAT is getting the dry brine and smoking I do on salmon.

Your going to be awful busy with them you know I bought a pellet grower my Silky want nothing to do with it so far
