Well got about another 4 inches of snow last night, looks like the next round will be Thursday will it ever stop.
I’m getting quite a few pullet eggs have 10 young Marans girls that have just started laying or started a couple months ago. I can’t keep up with eating them I have a customer that likes them gives me 2.25 a dozen for them.

We are getting a mix of rain and snow long time ago it was termed as snain
We have the domes lost two yesterday I think we have been pretty lucky with them
the one I use as a coop is standing still but need to make plans to build a new coop in the spring start buying supplies to build it know it will not have a floor mine are to use to having places to stay have dirt baths not in the wet

Its nice this place came with a big old horse barn with two tack rooms in it. So the girls have lots of places to dust bath all winter. I made 3 coops in the horse stalls and one 8’x16’ brooder/grow out pen for meat birds (Cornish X), also have a 8’x8’ brooder/grow out pen in one of the tack rooms with one 4’x4’ brooder and one 4’x7’ brooder in the other tack room. I can hold a lot of chickens in the barn. The other coop and run outside will hold 36 birds comfortbly.

See the domes are 17 square foot in diameter paid 300 a piece bought 4 theyr we can drag the one in front of the house with the side by side or just use the table in it to plant we could actually use it to house all in one that was the "barn"

I don’t remember seeing a picture of those, where did you get them. They must be pretty substantial for 300 a piece meaning pretty nice. Finally done with snow removal it was spread all over instead of in big drifts.

There was a guy doing them last time we had an issue I tried to call he did not respond
he wanted to make it full time but had broke his back was a plumber think maybe as he got more mobile he went back to that

We have no new gonna try to get to the local hardware need a battery for Richards glucose meter slow getting on the computer this morning

I wonder here they where saying the rain would be chehalis but the new snow area was more like us ? also
