Lemon curd is my favorite use of extra eggs.

I also have salt dried yolks. Those can substitute for parmesan cheese when grated. Taste is rather similar.

Morning all wet here boy did we need that been very dry summer

No rain in my neck of the woods. I wish it would so that I didn't have to keep watering my garden every day!

I have allot of tomatoes on the vine hope they dont split?

Not enough to wet the ground. It was so promising looking yesterday evening.

Ffft. It just teases here. No rain.

I did get the cement pavers down for the little 4x6 shed I'm putting up. It I have some of that expensive, thin reflective foam insulation to tape in it. It's R-15 stuff.

I'll be using the shed for storing produce like potatoes, pumpkins, and other dry goods in tubs. Get me back some of my limited house space and keep things cooler so they last longer.
