It did the rain finally stoped but the wind is still in full force,
I did go let the hens out

Power has been threatening to go out. We're fine otherwise.

Large fowl lost their small tarp in the run, but I wasn't expecting it to survive many more winds because it was a cheap tarp.

Went to town hit a few hard rain pockets with wind but there and back pretty easy

this was me yesterday, sept, no rain jacket- with a pointed hoe, trying to divert water away from the foundation of the house and cut drain runs in the coop run so the water would drain out of it,
I finally went in for a dry shirt and rain jacket
boy that was a lot of water​

We drove through some that strong but did not see that bad of storm here ..
Birds where still in the coop most the day

Just don't leave those tin snips out in the rain...hubby bought a pair this Spring and then left them out to get rained on...they went in the trash this fall. Ugh.
