I have 2 Co2 pistols .. They get caught in the traps not always killing them.
Most will not stay still long enough to get right behind the head.. I use that and decon as the rats got wise to the traps.

I will be adding wood chips tomorrow that dropped off by my logging buddy. Any advice is appreciated. I am a noob.
I'm a fan of wood chips - drainage and mud control are key for me. I assume these are fresh/green chips? Aged chips are ideal due to less risk of harmful mold growth but you can still use fresh chips if needed to control mud and odor, just apply them gradually over time in thin layers and build it up.

Flooding has stopped for now but creek is still over the bank and there's more rain on the way, so likely going to flood again (hopefully not as badly as a few days ago).

Finally was able to assess the damage and there was some moderate gravel loss right by the bank, but I still have a 1/2 cubic yard or so of extra gravel taking up space on the driveway, so I hope that'll be enough to even out the path.
