Spent yesterday with my better half.. Shopping, then running around town here.

Morning! I had surgery on my hand Friday, so this week is being spent all bandaged up. Next week, I can go down to bandaids until the stitches come out! I'm doing as much of the chicken care as I can one handed, but so much else is being left undone!

Trigger finger in my left index and ring fingers this time. In 2013, I had carpel tunnel, trigger thumb, and deQuervain's done in both hands! Last summer, all 8 of my fingers started triggering, but rest and therapy helped all but these 2. In December, I'm fairly sure I broke my right hand (right at my index knuckle in my palm), so that's giving me issues since I'm overworking the right one now.

I have serious arthritis in both hands now but happens as we age I am 62 on a few months.. osteo arthritis in the rest of me.

Lovely day today! Went for a run, played pickleball, did yard work, then laid out in a bikini. It is only 61, but no wind, and all sun with the paver-patio heated up, I even got some color!
