Washingtonians Come Together! Washington Peeps

Scarry people think I am crazy food and warter kept inside.
That always helps, especially with rodent & crows coming around. But AI can be spread by YOU stepping on a songbird sneeze & walking into your coop/pen. It's that virulent. They recommend boots decontaminated before you step into each coop. Scarey contagious!

Scary as hell now what do we do.
Watch for dead wild birds. If you see any, pick them up in plastic like a dog doo & report to dept of Ag. Lock up your coops so your birds are not free ranging where wild birds could be. This includes millions of migrating birds that could have dropped poop or stopped over in your yard/pasture/ponds.
Keep your poultry indoors, away from wildbirds as much as possible and try not to track the disease in.

You know I use a bleach solution on my boots, but usually before I go indoors. I don't have a boot station at every coop. But that's what we are going to have to try for
Think I have one spray bottle of of it
