Washingtonians Come Together! Washington Peeps

A great buy at the estate sale!
I took a shower waiting on the hair to dry.
Easy day for me them gone not forever but heck a few hours is
nice.
I've been wanting a bench grinder for a long time, mainly for sharpening mower blades. The grinder has one grinding wheel and a steel brush wheel that'll knock the dried grass from the blades.

I'm taking my time cleaning house. Work a few minutes then take a break. I even got the two toilet seats replaced with new ones. Thrones fit for a king now.

Now that I have my little garden trailer cleaned out I can pull the grandkids around with my riding mower tomorrow. I know they'll like that!

House is all cleaned up and ready. I even made a batch of my famous cranberry brownies for tomorrow. I used the Hershey's recipe (a half recipe) and added about 1/3 cup of chopped cranberries soaked in sugar for 15 minutes to cut the tartness.

I always buy 6 or 8 bags of fresh cranberries in December when they're available. They come in handy throughout the year.

Nope not hours but at least 3 I have been up.
Basil is a great idea on pizza.
I should have planted kale this year forgot it.
If my red Russian kale makes seeds like it's trying to I'll give you some seeds if you want. The Russian kale grows great for me here. It survives temperatures in the teens during the winter.

I found that one of my chickens laid a couple of eggs underneath the coop. One was from yesterday I think. I accidently locked her out of the coop last night. Luckily no raccoons got her.
