Very fortunate not to loose one, I locked one out did not see her.
I ordered the seeds for next year but thanks.
Green and red are my happy salad mix.
Weeded some of the garden gave that to the birds also the carrot tops.
I have enough carrots to make them for dinner.

Son's family are headed back home. The grandkids and me picked up a few hunks of wood for the bee hotels but never got around to drilling the holes. They were having too much fun riding around the yard in the garden wagon.

It was a fun visit but I am exhausted!

Richard is diabetic he started to vomit tonight.
Know his blood sugar will bomb.
Got him drink sprite stomach settled down a bit.

Showers in the forecast for all day today. It's not really that much water but the garden sure seems to prefer a little rain over getting a heavier watering with a garden hose. I've read rain contains nitrogen that plants can absorb.

He is old diabetic when he has the vomit sessions his blood sugar tanks made him a egg and a peanut butter banana.
Gave him a sprite first.
This morning he has 184 was late night here.

Such a nice rain today the girls are loven it !!! I thought they would stay in the run where it is dry, but nope, they act like they like to play in the rain

Lazy day here. Pulled a few kale plants for the chickens, gathered eggs and took a two hour nap. My kind of day.
