Took a shower bathed the little dog did the tables and boards in the coops my turn to take a break.
Making my first ever frittata tonight wish me luck lot's of first on dinners here.

We made pizzas tonight. Only about 10”, but perfect for two. So happy with the crust! Light and crunchy.

Looks great first try was success for both of us.
The dinner here was great too I was very happy how it came out.
No leftovers is a wind for me.
I am fairly worn out tonight glad the week is over.

I watered the garden this afternoon. Gotta make all those green tomatoes and butternut squash expand.

Not only fresh, but Buffalo mozzarella.

I use Mozzarella fresh myself the only way to make a good one.
