I keep waiting for my cooking buddy to try hers out and report back to me, as I don't want to buy yet another kitchen gadget, but I admit an air fryer is high on my list of "hmmmm maybe I should get one." Though admittedly I'm not sure what I would use it on, as my potatoes generally get served in boiled form...
Potato salad is probably my top usage of potatoes, then after that, added to soups/stews or mashed. Fries are strictly an "eat out" thing as I nitpick them to death and so I only order them from a select handful of places. And while I love a good baked potato I rarely bother.
