I've never had an air fryer before and been wanting one. I just ordered this one today, Cyber Monday deal at Wallyworld. I think I'll get a lot of use out of it.

Hope it works well for you! I keep waiting for my cooking buddy to try hers out and report back to me, as I don't want to buy yet another kitchen gadget, but I admit an air fryer is high on my list of "hmmmm maybe I should get one." Though admittedly I'm not sure what I would use it on, as my potatoes generally get served in boiled form...

Potato salad is probably my top usage of potatoes, then after that, added to soups/stews or mashed. Fries are strictly an "eat out" thing as I nitpick them to death and so I only order them from a select handful of places. And while I love a good baked potato I rarely bother.

It is kind of mild here. Left over snow on the ground from a week+ ago. I am drinking coffee and watching chicks hatch.

No ice on the water here this morning, but it was iced over yesterday. I ran a few errands this morning... HomeDepot, Dr. checkup, and Lewis County Laboratory. I got a bottle from the lab to get my well water tested for coliform bacteria.

Oooohh! My bag of smoker pellets just arrived at the front door. Now I can smoke a pork loin today!

ETA: I'm making more chunky applesauce today. 12 apples filled my 3 quart crockpot. Poured in a couple cups of apple cider, seasoned with cinnamon and nutmeg, no added sugar. I should've bought an apple peeler/corer a long time ago. It really makes things a lot easier.

Furniture moving day. We have hired a couple guys to actually change out the furniture, but there is the moving things out of the way and back in to place, refilling all the drawers, sweep and clean the floor once the bed is out and before the new comes in and all that stuff. I'm tired already.
