Never had Kimchee. Not sure what to expect from it.

It's an acquired taste. Not for the faint hearted.

I think it would be a good time. If the onions I started from seed were bigger I'd put them out now.

I started my seeds inside before Christmas, and they look bigger and better than last year with winter sowing. Some planting charts have next month as setting out time.

It's that time again... making more sauerkraut today. This time I sliced it as thin as possible, then chopped it into around 1 inch lengths. I think more surface area will help it ferment quicker.
