that's what happens to me if I don't take Querciten and Nettle leaf. I swear by those 2. If I get puffy like that, I take 500 mg's quercitan and voila.....all better...
YOUR EXPERIENCE PLEASE.....
Assuming I get a laying pullet who hasn't been handled much or treated like a pet.... is it possible to tame her so that she will become pet-like so she's easy to pick up and handle? Has anyone done that? How would I go about it? What do you think my chance of success would be????
I feel like such a control freak!!! I want it MY way.... Right Now!!!!

I'll keep you in mind. Later this month I get to dig up a friends yard for any and all plants.
If you are interested I have a semi weeping european birch tree in a pot, looking for a home.

I get lots of Holly around here. I usually just cut them down if they get annoying. Want me to save some?
And I usually get tons of raspberry starts every year. and a lot of my flowers need dividing.
Looks like the Honeysuckle and Akebia starts are doing fine so far.

make beer with it! Ok, seriously, I'd echo what other people have said and try lacto-fermenting it. Add more water, add a culture source (live ACV, whey from yogurt, kefir, acidophilus, Kombucha mother etc.) and just go with it. I'm just getting started doing this form my 5 hens and 6 new chicks and so far so good, but there is tons of info on BYC and lots of people seem to be having much success with it. I thought I'd try it since I don't want to feed my chicks drugs. If I didn't have 16 eager chickens ready for it, that would be a fantastic idea!!They'd totally devour it though. Maybe I can find a spot in the driveway out front though. Thanks!
Quote: I used to work at the RSBG. Cuttings are usually taken in the fall except for early bloomers and deciduous rhododendrons/azaleas. Early bloomers are started in June. Deciduous are started in June and July, Low growing rhodies can often be layered.
