thanks for the help in identifying the mystery chick; I hate to hear it is a cockerel, but thanks.
One other person said it looked just like her 3 cuckoo marans chicks at 3 weeks of age and she felt it
could be a pullet. I guess we will just wait and see.

Neither chick is a Silver Cuckoo Marans.................sorry.
ALL Marans have pink skin, shanks & feets.....................some (French) have feathered shanks & toes, the English are clean legged.

I am planting 3 kinds of cucumbers & the favorite summer squash & onions so this year I will do another 6-8 cases of Bread n' Butter pickles............I made none last year...BUSY.

Chickie Lady I only get photos posted when my son or brother is here to do it for me. My brother did the last one. No I didn't have to dig myself out of the snow. It warmed up 3 days in a row and then with the rain coming down hard, before I knew it I was sprung. Of course still weak from NO chocolate but, I think I'll make it.

You have excellent taste, that is the scarf I had my eye on but too much for my fragile economy. I'd like to see you model it once you get it.
