As for breeds, half are bantams. Six Belgian d'Anvers, an OEGB and a Silver Sebright. The latter two aren't as bad as everyone else, I've noticed. I've got an elderly barnyard mutt who is also not quite as bad; she's actually fairly sturdy for her size. The other elderly bird is a GSL, but she's quite skinny like the other LF. She's not laying, so you'd expect her to be better off. My younger birds will turn one this year. Two are BLRWs, two are Australorps, one is a BR, and the other is a BSL. They're all perfectly active and happy.
