Isolate her in a dark area, and hopefully she will stop lay, and then be able to heal !Went out to put birds to bed and found our petite little frizzle has prolapse - it's too later to do too much, but I at least have her separated and cleaned off. Hope it will go down some to help get it squared away --- *sigh* Poor thing just cant cut a break on things that happen to her.
She's been through a lot already in the past years and now this. I so would hate to have to cull her, since she's such a wonderful little bird. Even after all the injuries she's gone through from other birds trying to kill her, shes still just as sweet. Just have to tell thy self "if it has to be done, it has to be done" -- I'll just do what I can do and see if she gets better. She's either 3 or 4 years old now, pushing more towards 4.
This is the first time we've had this happen to one of our birds.
