No. Not moving. Hubby has a job issue and he's looking for another. But we are staying here. House payment is cheap enough because we were careful how much we spent. When his job goes away we will be fine as long as we are near base for the medical.

So he'll have another govt' base job, or have to go to a private company, like Boeing ?
I bet Boeing would LOVE to have him !

The Aussie cross is my chicken police. He breaks up their fights. The German Shepherd is my rat hunter (a job she takes very seriously). Both are safe to leave in with the chickens unsupervised if I have to lock them up. Well they will eat the chicken food first, then go for the poop. But both are protective of the birds. I've had silkies actually go up and take food out of the German Shepherds mouth. The Aussie cross doesn't trust them and always takes his treats elsewhere to eat.

Technically, I grew up in Seattle, moved to phoenix, then back to seattle, then over to Eastern Montana, then to Seattle, Back to Montana, then to Tennessee, and finally to Idaho... ya, I moved a lot in 7 years.

When I left Alaska in 90 it was all culture shock for me and did some moving staying out of towns but never home but for a few days
at time showing dogs with three business's going bouncing between Wazzu and UC Davis in between only to get home and load dogs for the next shows.
when I was forced to surrender I floated around awhile till finally landing here in Mossyrock in October and here I intend to live out my days a lady farmer.
Although we are going to be foster home for great Pyrenees now

That's funny! My Andalusians CHASE my dog! He thinks they are playing, it's hilarious to watch. I just hope they never "chase" a coyote!
