Excess eggs can also be saved up & scarmbled, and frozen in containers for future use...like the dead of winter when you are short of eggs.So I can handle 20 quails eggs a day - but now we have 6 chicken eggs a day with the quail eggs.. My co-worker and neighbor maybe getting sick of free eggs.
In 3 months we should have a dozen a daywife is going make gain so much weight for baking!
Just thaw them out & enjoy scrambled eggs for breakfast, or chili rellanos...or use the eggs in cakes & such.
They are also really good for your dogs...scrambled eggs 1-2X a week is excellent for your dogs.
Any more excess, I wash them & donate to my senior center.
The old ones need more protein and have very little, especially those living alone who do not cook much anymore, like full meat meals of their yesterdays.
