I won't get satellite Internet. Had a couple friends who've had it. One hated it so bad they went back to dialup. The other jumped when dsl was suddenly offered in his area.

I think I'd just up my phone data and get a card so I could use the comp with it. And now I'm thinking because that might actually be the cheaper thing to do out here.

odd part is that tds is also the local phone company out here it is dsl from the
phone lines but we have 3 computers always on and 3 cell phones picking it up
and we pay just 60 a month for that and I do not believe we are slow

We play online games. Speed really shows on those if you can't keep up with everyone else. Best time I had was playing down at Starbucks. Friends weren't expecting me to be that fast
