And the water line is fixed! Asked a local plumbing company to put us on the list in case of an appointment got canceled. One of their guys realized that a main water line break is kind of an emergency (the office girl didn't seem to grasp that) and headed right over.
Also, one of my rabbit does has pulled all the fur on her belly to line her nest. Kits are expected within 48 hours.
Crappy morning. Good afternoon. Oh, and it's finally sunny!

funny we had two water line breaks on either side of us
they fixed it pretty quick here ... really now it's sunny we had a bit cool this morning but hit 80
before noon it shows 90 in our screen room
funny now how a box half filled with Hazelnuts spent the last hour denuding the hazelnut of blackberries
and morning glory that want to cover anything and everything here
it is constant battle but at least it is below 80 outside

Ok so may shoot myself over this I actually have a dozen eggs in the janoel12 which I understand is not great
I did order a 2362E - Electronic Thermostat Hova-Bator it is not here yet
the eggs in it are from black sex-link and easter eggers and a couple BR eggs
dad is f-1 olive egger who's mom is a blue ? marans dad is a easter egger
I have an email off to his breeder be be more certain of that

wow those are tiny ... we did a bunch yesterday or hazelnuts and killing
blackberries and morning glory from the hazelnuts-- today I rearranged my room made curtains
my BF of course doing most the most the work I had this blue green paisley
about 9 yards made curtains of course I have this wonderful 1927 white Rotary
sewing machine that goes like the old workhorse she is a little oil she goes
forever....

I have Dish for tv but cable isn't even an option out here. Their lines end a mile up the road.

Our DSL is through CenturyLink as it's the only option we have. It's super slow. To download big things we take a trip down to Starbucks

We have satellite internet. Previously we had HughesNet. They are very deceptive in their marketing. They put 'governors' on to slow the speed. You can't have two people on the internet at the same time and forget about WoW or any other MMORPG.

Hi, y'all! Glad to see a new dedicated Washingtonians thread. My wife and I live in East Whatcom County near Mount Baker. Our flock is small for now, but still takes care of the egg needs for the two of us. Our birds are great fun to watch as they roam our grounds. We have four hens - A Black Copper Maran, a Barnvelder/Black Copper Maran Cross, a Black Copper Maran/Cemani cross and a Blue-Laced Red Wyndotte. We also have a beautiful Blue-Laced Red Wyndotte Roo that just started to get his crow on and tried to mount one of the girls this morning. Regrettably, we'll probably have to sell him because crowing roosters are not always tolerable for our vacation rental guests. :-(. Anyone local like to trade him for a young, healthy laying hen?

We have the county fair this week. Of course, I went to the small animal barn and there were hardly any chickens!!!! Also, it has been very close to 100 this week and my gilt pig decided it was time to farrow!!!! Ugh. I have been dehydrated all week after staying outside in the barn with her. My spring chickens are starting to lay eggs. I have several Buff Orpingtons and Silver Wyandottes. We are now getting too many eggs. However, I remember last winter having to buy eggs. lol.
