wanted to let you know lost third and last of the three today

I am going to let her grow up she is only like 6 months oldSet two dozen silkie eggs. We'll see how many I get out of it. Someone should still be broody when they hatch.

Guess it's age, if it is youngish, like 4-6 mo old, and it is about 8 or under pounds, and has dark brown eyes, I'd say maybe a Java.Hi fellow Washingtonians! I posted a what breed question 6 hours ago and didn't think it was a super hard question....but no one has responded.

OUCH !Thankfully the chickens dont need a lot of attention. Unfortunately hubby does. Lol.
So Ashes got me in the face with one of his wing claws on accident again. He was just trying to steady himself with a wing. His claw just happens to be rather sharp. I'll have to file those little things down.
