Anyone interested in an Icelandic rooster? I have two and only need one. He's a good rooster to the girls and isn't aggressive to people, just keeps a respectful distance.

Not far at all! There are two Icelandic roosters, three red sex link hens and 2 New Hampshire hens. Not the best hen/rooster ratio, but they all get along well.

The house we bought down here was built in the rehabbed in the 60's
we are tearing out dead carpet finding very old style wood floor under it
or 60's linoleum

We tore the carpet from Richards room and the room we call the cats
spent the day pulling staples again but the floor is really nice wood like
the living room and part of the hallway

My house was built in 1900. So I figured there would be nice hardwood floors under the carpet. Wrong. Some idiot removed the hardwood floors. I almost cried.
