Oh Bobbie I'm so sorry!

Thanks...its been a rough few days.
Never thought I would be this upset over a chicken but these were my first babies I hatched and it was a rough hatch!

Everyone has been locked up sens it happens, they are not happy and my older girls have only given me two eggs.
Iv been giving them lots of treats and apologizing to them.

I have seen the hawk every day sens near my yard...doing slow fly byes over yards and perching in trees over looking my yard.
This weekend we are hanging netting every where we can and shiny objects.

blah so glad the quarter is over so I have time to deal with this.
I need a new roo now.......

They do. I still get upset if something gets any of my birds.

I may not make pets of them like a dog or cat by heaven if I lost one like

I'm sorry to hear that you lost your rooster. It is very hard when you lose one. I would be yelling at that thing also.

I would do the same. I yell at any bird of prey that even gets close to my property.

Let the big girls and the babies out today while moving and cleaning coops, they were so happy to be free...but oohhh the dirty looks when I put them away.
