My ameraucana all started around 8 months. The silkies have been up to 10 months old before they started laying.

Looking at that red comb, I'd be looking for a hidden nest.

No but, I only have 3. I know for a fact my polish is laying she was around before the other 2. I’ve felt an egg inside of my silkie but never in Pepper.

After having a lengthy conversation in the Washington poultry group on Facebook I’m pretty positive she is a she and she is an Ancona. A few people on Facebook have some and showed pictures... spitting image.
