Eagles do have a shallow angle of attack and departure. Unfortunately I have witnessed this. After an aerial attack two years ago (lost one young rooster who was struck dead but not carried off) I had luck criss-crossing their moveable yard with some shiny tape. The theory is that it makes it too hard for the bird flying over to be sure it can make it back up. Big birds need a big runway?
I'm waging war on the blackberry and the thistles too! Thistles are easier of the two.Easy day here still battling the thistle in the chickens yard.
No paxlovid this time around (I've taken it before) - not too severe - mild head cold/cough/low fever for a few days - getting over it now (I hope)I am sorry do you have Paxlovid? it is game changer!
Well I don't know but I looked the place up and they have the world's largest egg!
I'll drive down the hill and take a picture of it. Will be back shortly...Maybe a emu or ostrich egg.. We are still dry. Kid waters every day.
My tomato has starting of blooms,
