Good morning, I
have a LOT of several kinds of bees and the full ridge cap on the roof of the house,,, ya it is a Wasp sanctuary!

Processing corn and green beans, green & yellow squash, cooking down tomatoes as the ripen and the freezing so when the growing season is done I can make pasta sauce and can it. I have
more ready cabbage,,,,

What a great idea to cook down your tomatoes and freeze them for sauce later! I never thought of that. Was hoping my tomatoes would come to fruition all at once. But this is a good alternative.

I have my tomato getting red early but not enough for sauce so easy good solution.

What a great idea to cook down your tomatoes and freeze them for sauce later! I never thought of that. Was hoping my tomatoes would come to fruition all at once. But this is a good alternative.

Some people just throw them into freezer bags whole.

No rain here. Oh it’s dry here too! Walking across the yard it’s so dry it sounds like you’re walking in a bowl of potato chips! Our madrona is dropping some leaves now so it looks like potato chips too!
