Thanks! My fault! Well, no, your fault! or no ... the virus's fault! I was PM'n Chickie to see if there was a way I could get my friend to contact you to fix your computer virus over the phone ... He e-mailed back that it would be very difficult to fix over the phone and he was thinking about how it can be done. Sorry he did not call you. Grrrrr. I think he was too embarassed to call on the phone and ask for "Chicken Rustler"! But he just got a job after being laid off for nearly a year and his wife said he's currenlty working a crazy amount of hours. Anyways, I sure hope you get your computer fixed and all your photo files saved!

I have reduced the water content in the milk, and it helps make a thicker yogurt, but I would like it to be whiter when I am done, than it is with the reduction method. I will try to remember to let you know how it goes. I have a large electric yogurt maker, and simplifies the culturing process.
