Hey !!

CGG :::: What humidity levels are you keeping in the sportsman ?
I am incubating at a PERFECT heat temp, I cannot believe not a flinch of fluctuation in temp..and 35-38% humidity...let me know.
I am gonna go clean poop trays (20 minutes work) and come in and watch NASCAR, roast a big BOSTON BUTT Pork roast, with rosemary and sage.....YUM and draw plans for the new coop...sitting on my rear and relaxing all day!!!!!!!!
BUTT I will log on a see what you are all up to..

My garden starts are doing well on top the Sportsman, warm..with a grow light over them.
I put them in the cold frame on a sunny day (last 3 days until NOW!

)
So they are doing well, winter squash, pumpkins and tomoatoes.
Hopefully in another month they can be out in the green house cuz the squash will want to take off by then..and be growing all over the hatching room...I would even be happy if it kept raining...just no wind and gets warmer !!

When we picked a time she told me "Um, twelve. I know I'll be up by then."

I'm so not a morning person, I haven't even eaten breakfast. That would be admitting that it's morning, which it is not.

Years ago I had a pea patch plot at Marymoor park - someone had planted Comfrey years earlier, and the stuff was everywhere!


Maybe I'll have to take them off the banned foods list ... I had not tried them like that! I think they came with a recipe to mash them like potatoes, and it wasway too much work. I like celery root in stews and soups, but have never had that in the CSA box.

I used to live down Avondale Rd kind of near where the Tolt Pipeline trail crosses the road. My backyard backed to Avondale, and it was getting too noisy, so we moved. I had the best neighbors there! Most of the people in my current neighborhood are nice too, but everyone keeps to themselves. I also heard that since I moved, the other neighbors don't do as many activities togethers anymore.
