CGG wish I had known you were going to the paint show DW would have love that. She has a long horse history, although since the stroke much of it is a mystery to her. She was in an all ladies drill team for a long time and even did the rose festival parade in portland.

Got a call from Mr.CL about 8:30 seems CL computer has issues. He called to see if I could help!! Yeah right I know just enough to make me dangerous!!

Oh my goodness! That roo was HUGE! For some reason I was thinking that Faverolle's were a smaller breed. Boy was I shocked when I saw the size of them. lol

I have alot to learn.

They SHOULD be big boys, it's just that size has been lost in a lot of lines. He was really nice, I just wish I could see more mahogany in his saddle feathers, and his foot feathering was a little heavy, but all in all a really nice bird.

Was that your boy? I was very impressed with him.

I have a much easier way than changing the light bulb and you can have a very fine adjustment to get it right where you want it. I can send you a drawing and parts list. All parts are available at Walmart or any hardware store. Total cost is probably les than $20.

OK...thanks!
If is not going to make my outlet go KAZAPPPP on me, I can sure try it.
The darn water heater thermostat left a black mark on my outlet.

Hi BD
I think I have a Hovabator 1602. I would tell you for true but it's out in the trailer and I am oh so lazy tonight. I will go look tomorrow and let you know. It doesn't have the turner. And probably maybe works ok if ... IF... you can regulate the room temp. I think that is what happened to my hatchings. Couldn't regulate the temp in the trailer. But then, someone here at BYC told me they had had the same incubator I had and lost lots of eggs. I either have the 1602 or the 1602 is the one I wished I had. If you want to use it after doing more research on this one, you can use it. Whatcha up to anyway? Surely, not more duckeez

Nope this is no different than the light you have plugged in now. If I had know I would have brought you one to the show.

I have about 20 plus growing up now and another 40+ in the bator but unless they are the standard colors I won't be able to tell sex until they get to breeding age.

Do you have a male? they are birds best in pairs and singles get lonely and will cry all the time and even stress to early death.

Do you know about Buttons and what are you looking for?
