We are staying at the Nash $20/night and walking distance to show.
Yeah yeah! LOL We just bought a $550.00 canopy for our truck....I thought about putting the air mattress in the back and camping out but that thing gets like 15-16mpg up to 18 or 20 at the most on the highway--vs my car which is about 30mpg. So I'm taking my car and staying in a hotel. Plus being preggo, I'm already sore and not able to sleep well.
Can ya believe I actually had a terrible thought of offering to cook saturday dinner for our group. But that thought passed rather fast when I realised that I don't know most of ya that well to know likes and dislikes. I really doubt ya would like my camp food. Like fried rice and S&S chicken or BBQ ribs or burgers and mac salad. We won't even talk about breakfast cause I use fresh home grown eggs (
) Biscuits and gravy yada yada yada. Yes this is the way I cook for our group of 16 when we go to the dunes.
Hey here is something for those with Gluten issues. DID YOU KNOW that things that are labeled as "gluten free" can actually still have a limited amount of gluten in them. It is a very low amount ( I don't know how much) but it is still there!!! And those with nut allergies should not do soy. They have used genes from Brazil nut to improve the growth of the soy. Because it is only the genes they don't have to list it but it can still cause problems for those with nut allergies.
