I can say for one thing, the corn we grow here has not yet been tested even by companies like Baker Creek, who specifically test all varieties before they ever sell them, so there's no guarantee on ours being non-GMO, even though they're ancient heirlooms from Central America.

I just got a confirmation e-mail that I am in for Stevenson and others (sounds like maybe regulars) may be out of luck.Also a friend loaned me some very nice display racks for this stuff. I am almost startin to get eggscited about it !!! Can't come soon enough but I need more time to make more goodies!!!
