DIY, have you seen any post on micro hydros on the DIY site?
I'm interested in getting one.

micro hydros

What do you mean? Small hydroponic setups? You can make one yourself with a heavy duty tote (14 dollars Lowes), a kitty litter pan (4 dollars), an aquarium pump (any where from 10 to 100 dollars) and some misc tools. I built an aeroflow knockloff for about 100 dollars, the aeroflow original is 6 or 8 hundred.

I should upload new pics tonight with the stuff that is coming up.

Heres an even smaller scale one. It uses a 5 dollar fishpump to airlift water to the cups on top. It is the cheapest I know hwo to build. New the things cost about 20 dolars to make. That bucket gave me a lot of tomatoes and peppers from the baement.

Nope, a small hydro electric generator. Got to make all that rain work for something.

oh. I have heard of people using treadmill motors to generate electricity. Dont see why you cant do something like that. I have a book that shows how to do it old school.

dogs bark 24/7, roosters are cooped at night and even if they do crow at night ( and they do ) the noise is muffled due to being cooped inside.
I can barely hear my roosters crowing at night...it's not like they are crowing at the back fence next to someone's window !

Stevenson Show is in 8 days!! Who is going on Friday?? I'm thinking of going on Saturday only. Leave Redmond at 7am and make it there by 11am? Then leave at 4pm.
Figure I won't be able to get into too much trouble in just 5 hrs.
How many raffle tickets can a girl fill in, in 5 hrs?
BTW, when is the drawing? Maybe I should go on Sunday instead.
