I don't know anything about GQF but do know wiring and electrical. Could you PM or e-mail a pic of the wiring that is bad?

DH can do it too, and CR-
Go on the gQf website & download & print a copy of the wiring, it is easy unless it is a new/digital with a wafer back up.
We took the digital unit out of mine, and let it on the wafer (just unplug the digital box, and plug in the wafer, both have regular wall-type plugs)

While I was hanging around outside in the rain doing nothing but waiting for the bull to be delivered, I saw Teeny Little Superguy*, my cousin's Blue Duckwing OEGB, knock Gonzo**, the big RSL Roo, off his feet and roll him down the hill. It was truly majestic. Or something.

Bull here, still raining, tell me why I shouldn't go back to bed and tell the world to go away while I recover from writing a $1050 check for the last half of the yearling bull's price plus delivery for two bulls.

By the way, just so as y'all know, the flock of Hamburgs in Graham are apparently all pullets, so I'd still need to find a roo (the seller says she knows where I can get one, though).

*Not his official name, but it should be.

** Not his real name, either, and I may move on to Mongo.

OK have 7 baby duckles, some have a silvery breast, some do not, all are black...all are just adorable!!!!!!!!!

Had 2 people call yesterday that want a few ducks each...how did they know ?
I have to call them back tomorrow.

Got Zgoat eggs, NICE DARK BROWN eggs!
Again!
This time I hatch & keep, everyone always wants to buy them from me!!!

Also unplugged the incubator, and tossed the duck shells, 3 failure to pip, 1 partially developed, 1 clear tossed weeks ago=12.

Anyway, just for kicks I candled a pheasant egg (I was gonna toss them too) and it had movement!!
Weird, this is about day24 for the pheasants..Maybe they take 24 days ?
Everyone says each breed of pheasant takes a different number of days to hatch.so I plugged the hatching incubator back in, the eggs never cooled off...humidity was still up...so we shall see...
Got to go get Jack from his spa day at the vet's office.
The big 1 year old must be 80-90 pounds of fur & muscle now.
Thick skulled, way overly happy & hyper-happy and wants to smell & play with everyone & everything...and there was kittens & little kids at the vet's......
ep.gif

I felt close to yelling RUN FOR YOUR LIVES! When I brought him in, on his hind feet, pulling me like a mule in a yoke collar~~~~~~front feet in the air, he is as tall as me.
Broody----I cannot spare another wheaten pullet, but have OEs & Ams...and Cochins should hatch the 9th, they go in lockdown tomorrow.

I had to give Mildred the LF Splash Lemon-Blue Cochin a spa last night, she had been in the field all day yesterday & dug a hole & wallered & dug & scratched and had herself a fine time in the clay mud, and returned to the coop covered with ever hardening cly mud & dingle balls like a sombrero...........

Tonight is Abigail's turn, dingle ball & butt fluff trim, and bath.
Those birds are so awesome...fluff for 6-8" on their butts.

OK, I am off to get Jack at the Vet's & finish the green house frame.

Spunky Teeny Little Super Guy! Size isn't everything.

Am seriously considering going back to bed. So depressed I can hardly move. Making funerary decisions; urns, caskets (old fashioned priest insists on body present for funeral mass will cremate afterward), prayer cards, readings, and Mr. H picks now to kick the poor, blind, old dog outside because of his accidents in the house. I don't have the energy to argue, just to worry about the poor old thing. Today is his birthday. He's 14.

Oh, good grief. At a loss for words. The funerary thinking would be quite enough for me to deal with, but some acts of petty control-freaking have no kind explanation and just confuse me.

Time for naps! I can't call the person w/ the Hamburgs until 5:30 anyway.
