Like I have room to talk. I haven't played since 2000. No place and no one who plays.

Well I may be a little late with this (as usual but I tried) !!!
Here is some good info. https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=2132 To sum it up quickly the recommended is 4sf per LF. Some peole go below that. I "try" to make that as my min. Right now my LF have 8sf per bird in the coop and 29 sf per out in the run. My Bantams are a little crowded they only have 5.333 per in the coop and 76 out in the run. My RIR B will be a little more crowded they will only have 3.9 in the coop 10per covered and and 127 per bird in the run.

8 sq ft per bird? Happy birds!

This is for those of you who want my accupunturist / chinese herbalist's number, it is (206) 363 8160
Her name is Dr Rosey Ma @ seattle chinese medical center.
She likes a good challenge now and then, but fertility and allergies...she always wins hands down. LOL.
I'm going there today to present her with the "blood & throw up" case and see what she says. See if I can stump her.

I really need to get my allergy boosters and a good nap at her office.

Almost as funny as when a cockerals first crow! My first ever broody mamma and its NOT the silky! Now Im contemplating sticking some of these eggs under her. But I think IF I do I will wait until the day lockdown begins, that will be the 10th. This not so little red hen has been sitting for two weeks straight! I only get to see her for maby 5-10 minutes a day, then she's back on the nest.

Oh she's setting alright! lol Just not on anything that has a chance of hatching. Poor mamma! two weeks on eggs that she refuses to let me take. I dont want to take them away, as she might not sit anymore, but Im afraid to stick some of the bator eggs under her yet. Oh what to do what to do? lol

I would LOVE to see her running around with a brood of chicks. I love seeing mammas with there babies! So adorable!
