Barb used to teach computer classes but she retired 1 or 2 years ago. Denise isn't a teacher but assists in the computer lab I think - not sure which school. It's kind of embarrassing not to know more! Do you know the Harrison Jewelry store that closed last year? My cousins.

18 years ago bought my wedding rings fromHarrison Jewlery. Also, went every year to the store's "lady's night" before Christmas party. Always a blast. I was so sad to see them go.

Anyone from the west side want to foster a roo for me until I can get him a ride over here? It's a white Houdan roo....I have been looking for one for my white houdan breeding pen for 3+ years...the man who has him HAS to get rid of him asap...I really would like him.....

Yes, where is he located. I could get him today if he isn't too far away. I don't have time to take an hour drive but I would be willing to drive a half hour. Either kim or I could hold him thill she gos to Cle Elum. I will pm ya my phone # so you can give me more info.

I am afeared of them black shinney ducks.
I am now mostly collecting them cinnamon/buff and silvers only (aka splash). hehe Got rid of all but one blue duck. Anyways, the silvers are actually a light blue. very pretty and the cinnamons are chai latte coloured. So pretty.
Dunno if I get white or blue eggs though. T-Hi's ducks are nice quality ducks. Maybe Holderreds?

Hi there, I'm new to the forums, but have been on the site seeking info and help many times! I live in North Bend, Wa. I started out about 3 years ago taking 2 hens from a friend who was moving and needed to find a home for them. I was quickly hooked on chickens after that! Now I have 10 total - 3 of which are roos!! But I'm pretty sure I can't keep roosters here as I have neighbors all around me. 2 of these boys are French Black Copper Marans - feather footed handsome guys about 18 weeks old and crowing! I know I should advertise on the buy/sell threads but I can't until I've posted 10 times. Anyway, they are on Craigslist for free - if anyone in the area would like them, I'd even deliver within reason! The other roo is a mixed black copper marans/silver laced Wyandotte. I'm going out of town in a few weeks and really want to find them hopefully good homes before then.

of course he is still young ... but he obviously considers me and DH to be the "alpha roos" ...
